Our Typical Concrete base and Brick Plinth

BASES:

These can either be carried out by the customer or we offer the services to prepare adequate bases and Brick Plinths shown above P.O.A 

We strongly recommend that the customer prepares a sound level concrete base prefferably topped with a single layer Brick plinth(as set out above),in the exact footprint of the stable,this will prolong the life of the stable as the moisture caused by the horse waste cannot settle against the bottom timbers and Kickboards of the building.

 

BASE PREPARATION:

 

It is the customers responsibility to make sure that when the fitters arrive,the base or area must be level and sound if however,this is not the case,the building will be returned to us and re-delivered as and when the ground has been prepared properly,this will also result in the customer paying for re-delivery,so please make sure your area prepared for the building is level and sound as requested.

 

ACCESS

All buildings are delivered to the roadside only,if access by truck is workable then delivery directly onto the site of erection will be acceptable,the carrying of panels and materials over a 10 metre distance is not acceptable,any extra time spent on the movement of materials over 10 metres will be charged to the customer at an hourly rate of £25 per man.
